This website is owned by Jaime Valdés, a self-employed professional trading as Holding Insurtech and based in Spain. Full identification details, required by article 10 of Spanish Law 34/2002 on information society services, appear at the end of this page.
02Purpose
This site presents the web development and technology services we offer, shows a selection of completed projects, and allows certain services to be booked online. The terms applying to that booking are set out in the terms of service document.
03Conditions of use
Access to the site is free and open. You agree to use it lawfully and not to attempt to reach restricted areas, disrupt its operation or introduce content that could damage the systems. Account registration is personal: you are responsible for activity carried out from it and for safeguarding access to your email and to your Google, Facebook or Apple accounts.
04Intellectual property
The text, design, source code and graphic elements of this site belong to its owner unless expressly stated otherwise. The trade marks and business names of the projects shown in the portfolio belong to their respective owners and appear solely to identify the work carried out.
05Links to third-party sites
The portfolio includes links to client websites, and the sign-in and payment flows redirect to third-party platforms. We are not responsible for the content, policies or availability of those sites once they fall outside our maintenance scope.
06Liability
We aim to keep the published information accurate and up to date, but we do not warrant that it is free of errors nor that the site will be available without interruption. We reserve the right to modify the content, the services and these terms at any time; bookings already made are governed by the terms in force at the time of booking.
07Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute shall be subject to the courts having jurisdiction under the applicable legislation and, for consumers, those of the user’s place of residence.

Mandatory provider details (tax ID and address) are missing. They will be completed once self-employed registration in Spain is finalised. If you need them now, write to us and we will provide them.
