Kit Digital: where it actually stands
Half the internet claims it is «available now». It is not. Here is the real status, what it grants, what it demands, and an email the day it reopens — with nothing sold to you along the way.
Four things to be clear about first
- We are not an accredited Digitising Agent for the programme. We cannot process the voucher or apply for it on your behalf.
- This page is informational. Joining the list is not a grant application, it reserves no funds and gives you no right to any subsidy.
- We have no relationship with Red.es, the Ministry for Digital Transformation or any public body.
- The only official route to apply for Kit Digital is the Red.es electronic office. The links are at the bottom of this page.
Where the programme stands today
Three different things that get confused constantly: applying for the voucher, registering as a provider, and a new call being published.
Applying for the voucher (SMEs and sole traders)
ClosedPrevious calls have closed. No new applications are being accepted.
Digitising Agent registration (providers)
OpenA separate procedure, and it stays open for as long as the programme runs.
New call using leftover funds
No dateOrder TDF/39/2026 enables it, but as of today no date has been published in the BOE.
What changed in January 2026
Order TDF/39/2026, published in the BOE on 28 January 2026, amended the programme rules. What matters to you: the programme no longer has an expiry date and now runs until the funds are exhausted, and Red.es is required to reinvest unspent money back into the programme. In other words: this is not dead, it is waiting for a call.
Status checked on 17 September 2026. Do not take our word for it: verify it in the official sources at the bottom of the page.
A voucher to digitalise your business
Public money, funded by EU recovery funds, granted as a voucher to buy digital solutions from accredited providers. You never receive the cash: the provider is paid directly.
Segment III
Up to €2,000
0 to 2 employees
Segment II
Up to €6,000
3 to 9 employees
Segment I
Up to €12,000
10 to 49 employees
Later calls added segments for larger companies. The exact amount for each solution category depends on the segment and is published in the official catalogue.
Spent by category
Website and online presence, e-commerce, customer management, cybersecurity, e-invoicing and several more. Each category has its own cap and its own minimum requirements, set by Red.es.
You pay the VAT
The voucher covers the net amount, not the tax. If your voucher is €2,000, the €420 of VAT comes out of your pocket. Nobody should be telling you this at the end.
A 12-month commitment
The solution has to stay in service for a year, and it must be justified to the administration twice. It is not pay-and-forget.
What you can do without waiting for the voucher
Sitting and waiting for a call with no date is the worst option available. These three things serve you either way.
- 01
Arrive with your homework done
When it reopens, the funds go fast. Whoever already has their copy written, photos taken, domain bought and a clear idea signs in days. Whoever starts thinking about it then arrives late.
- 02
Start with what the voucher does not cover
The voucher pays for a basic website with a fixed minimum spec. Bookings, the admin panel, online payments or integrations are separate anyway. You can start there and fit the voucher in afterwards.
- 03
Build it right from the start
Our work comfortably exceeds the minimums the website category demands (domain and hosting for a year, responsive design, accessibility, self-manageable and basic SEO). What we build today will not need redoing to fit the voucher.
First consultation free, no commitment.
We will tell you the day it is published
Leave your email and we write to you when there is an official call in the BOE. One email, not a campaign. If no call appears, you hear nothing.

We have verified what is on this page, but the official source is what counts. These are the places to look, and where it is actually processed:
- Red.es electronic office
- Acelera Pyme (official programme portal)
- Order TDF/39/2026 of 26 January (BOE)
If you see a discrepancy between this page and the BOE, the BOE wins. And tell us, so we can fix it.
