The challenge
Clients do not know the technical name of the treatment they need. They arrive saying "I bite my nails" or "I want colour that lasts for weeks", not "semi-permanent gel". A classic service catalogue forces them to translate their problem into our jargon, and that is where bookings are lost. On top of that, the salon ran its diary over WhatsApp: double bookings, unfilled slots and hours spent replying to messages.
The solution
We built an interactive guide that flips the approach: the client describes her problem and the site recommends the exact service. Behind it runs a real availability calendar — days and hours configured by the owner from her panel — with client accounts, full profiles and password recovery. The admin panel is the same account: if the email is on the admin list, the management sections appear. No separate login, no third-party plugin, no monthly platform fee.
The outcome
The salon stopped running its diary over messages. Appointments come in on their own, the work gallery is updated from a phone, and registering a new client needs no intervention. Everything runs on standard shared hosting (PHP and MySQL, no Node), which keeps maintenance cost at the minimum for a small business.
